Upgrading Buildings

As a rule, its wise to bring the following buildings up together> for the following reasons:

Assembly/Academy and Training Ground: this will maximize the training ur heros recieve

Mint: This increases ur chances of getting gold in levy events.

Cool Down times are progressive meaning, that after reset the times are shortest & get longer as day goes by. Therefore, it is recommended to upgrade buildings that cost more and have greater CD times immediately after reset then progressing down to lowest CD times by the time you log off such as "cottages."
